Orders go out for delivery at these hours:
Monday- Thursday between 4pm-6pm
Friday between 2pm-4pm
Sunday hours may vary (as Regular kitchen staff dont come on Sundays)

Please notify us with your room number before 2pm on day of delivery.

Please inform security that you are expecting a food package.

Vidanta delivery instructions (Grand Luxxe, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss):
Driver will call you, 30 minutes+ before he arrives, so you can meet him at taxi stand.
Guests should wait at main taxi stand (Lobby) for the driver.
Ask the concierge to call security to let the driver enter.
